Please use the Citation Linker tool to locate a specific article from a journal, magazine or newspaper. Required information includes one of the following:

  • journal, magazine or newspaper title, or
  • ISSN, or
  • article DOI

(Other information is optional, but may help to reduce the number of matching results).

The Citation Linker will indicate databases containing the journal, magazine or newspaper and the coverage dates - you can then proceed to the appropriate database to obtain the specific article you are looking for. If you are connecting from an off-campus connection, then you will be prompted for your HCC login credentials.

If the Citation linker does not identify a database containing the journal, magazine or newspaper you are looking for or the coverage dates do not contain the article you are seeking, then the Library does not have subscription access to the article.

  • Current HCC faculty & staff may request the article via interlibary loan.
  • HCC students may request the article via interlibrary loan at the Howard County Library System.
