Q. How do I book a Presentation/Media Room?

Presentation/Media Rooms are booked by Learning Commons staff members, based upon demonstrated need for the recording functionality. "Demonstrated need" includes recording a presentation a) for a class assignment or b) as a study aid to improve basic public speaking or language skills.

Please visit the Learning Commons Service Desk and a staff member will be happy to help you. Note that you must have a USB thumb drive of at least 1-GB capacity to record. You may have to reformat the drive to record, so please bring a blank one or one with data you do not mind losing.
