Q. Can you review or look at my paper?

Papers can be posted to the HCC Online Writing Lab (HOWL). There are certain conditions as to what can be posted, how much, etc. Consult the HOWL web page for more information about HOWL services and click on "Submit Your HOWL Request" to begin your online request.

The Learning Assistance Center (Online, RCF-340, 443-518-1320) provides drop-in English tutoring, as well as scheduled assistance. Consult the Learning Assistance Center web page for more information about services, registration & tutor availability.

Papers cannot be posted for review with the Library itself. Librarians are not allowed to help with the content or writing style of assignments. However, librarians CAN help with handbooks and other sources that will assist in writing citations, laying out the paper according to various formats (APA, MLA, etc.) and other helps dealing with the non-textual aspects of getting a good grade.
