There seems to be limited access to the Artstor website.
Howard Community College Library provides access to Artstor to users with current HCC login crdeentials.
The log in/create an account for advanced functionality is for personalizing your experience AND for accessing Artstor from a mobile device – saving images in folders, saving searches, etc. You should be able to search Artstor without creating a log in.
