Q. What is the name of the library?

The library is referred to as either HCC Library or Library - it is not named after a person.

The building containing the Library, as well as several other college services, is the James Clark Jr. Library Building Hall - it is named for Maryland State Senator James A. Clark, Jr., a Howard County resident and long-time supporter of Howard Community College.
