The library carries Praxis study materials and practice Praxis exams in writing, math and reading. These items may be checked out at the Service Desk for a two hour period.

Students also have access to the database Teaching and Education Reference Center, which features practice Praxis exams, and can be accessed on and off campus from the library website.

As far as the total number of times you may take the actual Praxis exam, there is no limit. "You may retake a Praxis test once every 21 days, not including your initial test date...This applies even if you canceled your scores on a test taken previously. If you violate this restriction, the scores from your retest will be canceled by ETS and your test fees will not be refunded."

Howard Community College's Continuing Education offers a number of test preparation courses, including Praxis.
