Begin at the library home page. If you are interested in books, please input your search terms in the catalog box in the middle of the page. Any book labelled MAIN STACKS may be checked out for four weeks.

Next, you may want to locate journal, magazine and newspaper articles. To locate these, find the RESEARCH/COURSE GUIDE tab above the catalog box. Then locate the PSYCHOLOGY topic on the research guide. You will now view many database companies that research psychological topics for you once you input your search terms- "mental health and stress" or "mental health and anxiety". Try using the database ProQuest Psychology Journals.

In addition, you may want to view our ebooks for further reference. Locate the BOOKS tab on the research guide and they are listed there. Try the Encyclopedia of Health and Behavior. Input "stress" in the search box and check off the "within this publication" box.
