Perhaps you can not log on because you need to change your password. At this time in the semester, the HCC IT department recommends changing the password on your account before it expires (Link to password services below). Please give them a call at 443-518-4444. Another possibility is that there is a firewall on your personal computer.

Once you verify that the log in is correct and there are no other obstructions, please try again. If there is still an issue, please give us a call at the library 443-518-1460 or stop in and we will investigate further.
