Generally, most dissertations and theses are only available in hard-copy format, in-person at the institution where the works were created and/or through the ProQuest Digital Dissertations database (aka Dissertation Abstracts) – as a two-year institution, the HCC Library does not subscribe to this database, as it only contains graduate level materials.

ProQuest does have an online tool called Dissertations Express which allows you to search for dissertations and then, if available, purchase a copy using your credit card.

Some dissertations & theses will be in the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD), an online repository of dissertations & theses.
