I am trying really hard to find this Journal (Psychological Science) and therefore the Full-text version of the 2010 article above through HCC Library website.

The journal Psychological Science is available in the database Academic Search Complete from 1990 to present with a 1 year embargo on full text. So, you didn't do anything wrong - the most recent year's worth of articles are only indexed (no full text available).
But there's some good news - there is an "In Press" copy of the article available for download at CiteSeerX
